Training

The ESRs in Initial Training Network are trained according to an individually supervised, comprehensive and complementary program composed of Individual Research Projects, methodological courses offered at each partner site, network-wide training events, close interaction with scientists and transferable skill courses. Transnational research secondments are also an essential part of the RENALTRACT Marie Curie ITNs.

The RENALTRACT training programme is organized around Individual Research Projects (WP1-3) and two training-based work packages (WP4 and WP5); the first focusses on scientific training (WP5) and the second organizes personal and carreer development, synergistic activities and the acquisition of transferrable skills (WP6).

The RENALTRACT trainees will benefit from thematic short-courses, postgraduate-level specialized courses, workshops and training on transferable skills. Each trainee will also carry out secondments and short visits to other partner institutions.
